Stock Assassinations

What are these missions?
Lester asks Franklin to kill targets to manipulate the stock market. After each hit, certain stocks rise or fall. If you invest before the mission and sell after, you can make millions in Story Mode.
Hotel Assassination (required)
Part of the main story. You cannot skip it. Betta Pharmaceuticals stock rises after this mission. Do not invest heavily before this one if you are saving optional assassinations for later. Follow a stock guide if you want maximum profit across all five.
Tip: This is the only assassination required to finish the story.
Four optional assassinations
The Multi Target Assassination, The Vice Assassination, The Bus Assassination, and The Construction Assassination. All optional. Lester tells you which stocks move. Best done after the story when you have cash to invest.

Basic stock tip (not a full trading guide)
Open your phone, go to Internet, open BAWSAQ. Buy stock Lester mentions BEFORE the mission. Complete the assassination. Wait for the stock to peak (often in-game hours later). Sell for profit. Save optional missions until after the finale for the biggest gains.
