Nightclub Business: Step by Step

What is the Nightclub?

The Nightclub is not a factory. It is a warehouse and front business that hires technicians to copy product from your existing MC businesses and Bunker into a single storage floor. When the warehouse fills, you run one sell mission through your manager Tony to deliver everything at once. It is the capstone of the business stack, not a starter purchase.
Tip: Buying a Nightclub with no linked businesses produces nothing useful.

Step 1: Prerequisites

Own at least one MC business (cocaine recommended) and/or a Bunker with Staff upgrade running production. Without source businesses, technicians have nothing to copy. Cayo Perico income should fund the Nightclub purchase (~$1.7M for cheapest location plus upgrades).

Approaches:Ideal setup before Nightclub: MC Cocaine + Bunker both upgraded and producing.

Step 2: Buy the Nightclub

Phone → Maze Bank Foreclosures → Nightclubs. Cheapest locations (e.g. West Vinewood, Mission Row) work fine. Location affects delivery routes slightly and interior style. Purchase the property and complete the intro mission with Tony.
Tip: Cheapest warehouse location is fine, payouts depend on stored goods, not club decor.

Step 3: Essential upgrades

On the Nightclub laptop, buy: Equipment Upgrade (technicians work faster), Staff Upgrade (improves popularity decay handling), and Storage Upgrade (hold more product before selling). Security optional. Skip the fancy floor tiles until you are profitable.

Approaches:Storage + Equipment first so technicians fill the warehouse faster.

Step 4: Hire and assign technicians

In the Nightclub basement warehouse, assign each technician to a business type you own: South American Imports (MC Cocaine), Pharmaceutical Research (MC Meth), Sporting Goods (Bunker), etc. Only assign slots for businesses you actually own and run. Technicians copy product slowly in the background while you do other activities.
Tip: You do not need a technician for every category, only for businesses you own.

Step 5: Let product accumulate

While you run Cayo, MC sells, or freemode activities, technicians fill the Nightclub warehouse. MC and Bunker businesses keep producing independently, the Nightclub copies a portion without draining them. Check the warehouse laptop to see fill levels per category.

Step 6: Manage popularity

Nightclub popularity decays over time and adds small passive safe income when high. Run cheap popularity missions from the laptop (post flyers, recover stolen goods) or switch DJ acts to keep the meter up. Popularity is bonus income. Warehouse sales are the main event.
Tip: Popularity is optional babysitting. Many grinders ignore it and focus on warehouse sells.

Step 7: Sell warehouse stock

When warehouse goods are worth selling (often $500K+ total), call Tony or use the laptop to start a Goods Delivery mission. One truck (or upgraded delivery) takes all stored product to a buyer. Solo-friendly compared to multi-vehicle MC sells. Run in Solo session if needed.

Approaches:Wait for higher warehouse totals. Oone big Tony sale beats many tiny ones.

Tip: Nightclub sales are why players link businesses, one mission, multiple income streams.

Step 8: Full business loop

End-game solo loop for business-focused players: run Cayo Perico → while on cooldown, check MC/Bunker supplies and Nightclub warehouse → restock if needed → run MC or Nightclub sell when full → repeat Cayo. Businesses run passively in the background between heists.

Common mistakes

Buying Nightclub first with no MC or Bunker. Assigning technicians to business types you do not own. Selling warehouse stock at $50K total (wasted mission time). Expecting the Nightclub alone to make millions without linked businesses.
