• Boobie Ike — Vice City figure; real estate, Jack of Hearts strip club, recording studio. Opening pickup job goes wrong.
• Raul Bautista — mastermind bank robber picked up mid-police chase. Questions Lucia's driving; fights alongside Jason.
• Brian Heder — drug smuggler, married to Lori, long history with Jason. Rooftop bar scenes.
