0:00–2:30 — Opening: Boobie Ike pickup
Jason leads; Lucia follows through Vice City streets on a job for Boobie Ike. They enter a building and ride an elevator — Against All Odds by Phil Collins plays, continuing GTA's tradition of elevator Phil (Vice City Stories, GTA 4, GTA 5). Jason uses RDR2-style interaction to pet a dog (angel Criminal Profile chime). The shipment handoff goes wrong; a drug lab bust firefight begins. A man is slammed through drywall — early proof of localized destructibility.
2:30–5:30 — Apartment life: fridge, dress, TV
Jason and Lucia at home. Jason opens a packed fridge — items show icons for health, Focus (eye), and stamina (bolt). Lucia asks Jason to pick a dress; he can hurry her or wait. Jason eats chips to restore HP (RDR2-style). TV plays satirical ads including Angstipan antidepressant and Chacey's Prairie Sandwich (~30,000 calories). Lucia's apartment shows a reversed GTA Vice City cover art frame, a Fleeca bank magnet, DVD case for movie Edged, and book Two Pricks in the Bush.
5:30–8:30 — Small robberies montage
Quick hits on a waffle house and food mart. Characters may conceal weapons before entering. At a jewelry store, a civilian grabs Lucia's gun — NPCs fight back. Masks and face wraps reduce police identification. Dual money HUD appears: cash on hand and bank balance (with comma formatting).
8:30–12:00 — Raul Bautista chase
Jason and Lucia pick up bank robber Raul Bautista as police close in. Lucia drives; Jason shoots from the car; roles can swap. A stranger jumps into the vehicle mid-chase. The six-star wanted system demo runs: white → red stars, hollow stars, CCTV/clothing/vehicle/couple/armed icons. Lucia torches the spotted car and they switch to a van — vehicle icon clears. ~9:00 — Vice City traffic & tour buses
Leonida city tour buses visible in street scenes. Tow trucks attend crashes; turn signals work on AI traffic. Highway signs read: turn signals required in Leonida.
12:00–15:00 — Effluvia rooftop & Brian and Lori Heder
Exclusive rooftop bar Effluvia (literally "unpleasant smell" — dark humor). Jason and Lucia meet married couple Brian and Lori Heder — old friends of Jason, Brian described as a drug smuggler. Getaway-driver job dialogue cuts to small gas-station heists across Vice City.
~12:00 — Starfish Island
Clear view of Starfish Island — Ricardo Diaz's old turf from GTA Vice City. Mansions and tennis courts; possible future hideout for Jason and Lucia.
15:00–18:00 — Andrés de León / Megamundo party
Bodyguard work at Megamundo HQ opening (Telemundo parody). Media figure Andrés de León targeted by armed attackers at the party — high-society mission turns into shootout. S4S (Sound4Sound) gang members in chains; Bugstars pest-control products on early drug-table.
18:00–21:00 — Side activities montage
Rapid cuts: basketball, gym QTE, scuba (oxygen meter), kayaking, jet ski, fanboat, fishing, hunting, base jump, parachute, shooting range, 16-car circuit race, 12-vehicle off-road race, six-car street race with underglow, backyard wrestling (Attitude Adjustment-style finisher), pool, bars, electric scooters. 21:00–24:00 — Leonida travel montage
Ocean Beach / Vice Point jetty — Jason dives with dolphins nearby. Cruise ship on horizon (boardable?). Lickety Split ice cream shop; neon Cortez club sign (Juan or Mercedes Cortez nod). Cal Hampton scene during character switch. Love Fist shirt on NPC near end.
24:00–26:00 — Finale
Six-star chaos montage. Small chihuahua in purple tutu and fairy wings — meme moment. Final Leonida vistas. On-screen note: captured on standard PS5. November 19, 2026 release confirmed.
